Tide Extends Offer to Rich Rodriguez

It would be exciting if he accepts. I'm interested in seeing the spread option at Bama. Below is a good description at ESPN of current option packages (especially in the Q&A at the bottom). It answers some of the questions we've had about the demise of the wishbone. It's just been inverted!

I was impressed with his system. Not only the X's and O's, but especially his management style:

Intensity
Team building
No cell phones in the football building
Name game
Accountability
Tweak scheme to fit personnel

Oh, well, it's a moot point for Bama now!
